Sometimes it isn’t WHAT you are eating.
Humor me with this scenario:
You are out to eat with some friends, and it is a beautiful scene. Everything seems to be falling into place with this dinner—the setting, the music, the conversation—it is all PERFECT.
You eat appetizers, dinner, and dessert. You have a drink. Or two.
This doesn’t happen too often after age 40 but it does happen sometimes.
Now imagine another scenario:
It is a weekday and you are making dinner at too late’oclock for your kids, who have already had four fights and asked you five times “what’s for dinner?”
You rush to get dinner on the table, eat it when you can.
Later that night your stomach hurts.
Why?
Our digestive systems don’t work too well under pressure. They actually refuse to work. The brain is the boss here. Once you force that food down you are opening yourself up to a host of digestive distress.
So what’s a girl to do?
Nutritional Therapy can help you have more of the first scenario and the second (plus kids!!!).
So let’s get started.
